‘Health and wellness is when every cell in your body is bouncing with joy’.

June 12th was global wellness day and we were lucky to spend the day in glorious sunshine hosting a mixed friendly match against Southampton Uni Medics, aka The Gophers.

Due to the current guidelines, the team was formed from all members currently attending training and spectators were not encouraged, otherwise we would have loved to see all of your faces on the sidelines cheering us on!

Safe to say it was a brilliant team performance by all and played in the right spirit. Despite the blazing heat, the team kept cool, collected and the game ended with a 6-2 win for the island.
